Please see the example pictures that illustrates how to leave a note. If a wrist size is not included, the bracelet will be made for the average wrist size of 6.5 inches for women and 7.25 inches for men.

• Sunstone

Sunstone is peachy orange-pink in color and may have glittering sparkles inside. This stone is also a great mood lifter. It will infuse your emotional body with a lighter energy, leading to a more positive outlook. The Sunstone meaning brings out the leadership qualities within you, kindling and igniting the passion within. A Sunstone stone is the yang that balances the yin of Moonstone, and when worked with together, they create a beautiful harmony, connecting you with the energies of the Sun and the Moon. It is quite gentle to use if you find some crystals too strong for you.

• Carnelian

Used in ancient times to protect the dead in their journey to the afterlife, Carnelian helps to calm the fears about death and rebirth, bringing serenity and acceptance of the great cycle of life. Carnelian is a powerful Sacral Chakra Stone. It increases personal power and physical energy, gives courage, and boosts creativity and compassion. Each of our stretch bracelets are made to order to fit your wrist specifically. To help us make the correct size for you, we have the following guidelines to use. Note, if you do not have a fabric measuring tape you can use a thin piece of paper or string with a ruler.

1. Measure your wrist where your bracelet will be worn
2. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the zero.
