To help us make the correct size for you, we have the following guidelines to use. Note, if you do not have a fabric measuring tape you can use a thin piece of paper or string with a ruler.

1. Measure your wrist/ankle where your bracelet/anklet will be worn.
2. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the zero.
